Q: How long do lessons last?
A: Lessons will last 2 hours as standard but with prior agreement can be made longer or shorter if necessary. In most cases this will be one lesson per week.

Q: How many lessons will I need?
A: There’s no minimum number of lessons you must have or hours you must practice driving but how many lessons you need will depend on how quickly you learn. The national average is 40 hours of tuition plus 20 hours of private practice (with friends or family).

Q: What car will I be learning in?
A: My car is a 2022 VW Golf 2.0 manual diesel, fully insured for learner drivers and fitted with dual controls so at all times I am able to keep you safe on the roads.

Q: When should I do my theory test?
A: As soon as possible. You can start lessons before you take the test however your theory test is vital to developing your knowledge and understanding of the roads so studying for this and taking your theory test is something you'll want to get done asap.

Q: Can I use your car for my test?
A: Yes, as long as I am satisfied that you are able to drive at test standard I will be happy to accompany you to your driving test. Please be aware I do not offer last minute lessons and tests for people I have not trained that are looking for an instructor at short notice.

Q: Can I start and finish my lesson in different locations?
A: I will always try to accommodate this where possible but cannot guarantee it so please ask when booking in.
